According to Kutner.L, 2005 mentioned that peer pressure is one of the leading cause for increase of smoking among teens and it is important that parents should be take the proactive role and responsible for guiding their children on this habit. However for some children, their parents may be the reason for smoking as they tend to follow the elders in order to behavior like them. Mostly teens are curious of smoking and are always eager to have one puff for experimental sake.
